Call me old school, but I like having hard buttons to control basic functions like volume and channel changing. I have apps that allow IP control to many of my components but it's a pain having to wake up the iPad every time I need to perform a simple task. Plus, I have better things to do with my other hand.

Whether it's a beer, a wine, a cup of tea or juggling a handful of nuts, the bloke must always have a hand free to multi-task.
And when I look to the left of me, it always seems to be the other half holding the iPad & yapping away...
