Great thread! 4293GT is and has been since I was a kid, my all-time favorite car.
I've had the good fortune to see a few 250 GTO's close up over the years. There's a local one here which I haven't gotten a chance to see yet... Hopefully when we come out of this thing. I met the owner a couple of times. First time was a few years back when my wife and I were fawning over his, at the time freshly restored 275GTB/4 in a parked next to the little market in Elkhart Lake, WI. He couldn't have been nicer.
