Mouse.......Whoever it was that responded to your email should consider how much bad press he just created for Audeze. First, it is not normal for any headphone to have crackling noise in either ear cup, and especially headphones in the price range of Audeze. If they consider that noise normal then no one should be purchasing their product in my opinion. If that is normal for Audeze, they need to hire some new engineers. The response to your issue was ridiculous and callous.

When one considers how many millions of views Audio Aficionado gets monthly from members and guests around the world, Audeze should be reconsidering their position. The Internet no longer allows any company to ignore or mistreat customers without anyone else knowing about it. Just reading about the problem with your Audeze headphone and their response is enough to turn me off and make me avoid their products no matter how good they sound. Who the heck wants a headphone that crackles from a company that tells you it's normal? Not me.
