Looking at the LP and the cover the best I can tell you is that it is a Geffen LP and it took about 90 days from when I ordered until it was delivered. Not sure if there is more info inside, but I prefer not to cut off the shrink-wrap that protects the cover. If I recall, it was about $35 plus shipping.
