What’s the break in period for these new Sigma NR V2s? I just received a half dozen of the Sigma NRV2s.
Installed them and don’t have a great update yet..except they are definitely quieter and allow for more details to be retrieved within the.music. I have about 4 hours of combined warm up and music play so far. Tomorrow I plan on getting another 4-6 hours in.
(I felt a few times during music playback that they had some great resolution, but at other times, they sounded a little veiled like when tubes warm up and then they start to open up. It’s not a dramatic night and day difference yet…but hoping with time, that they will show their true selves.
The cables replaced were; custom made Neotech pure silver 10 gauge power cables with Neotech copper plugs; custom made Tempo Electric pur silver 10 gauge power cord with carbon fiber connectors; Shunyata Anaconda and black mamba power cords. Looking forward to more positive changes in the next few days.
