Yes to all of that. The platter is like a home work out weight. The two plinths took two people to get in place, but once in place, it’s not going anywhere. It shipped all in one massive wooden box on a pallet, but I took it out piece by piece. The record clamp weighs five pounds! It can be separated, but I haven’t checked the impact on sound quality yet.
