I have a program called "Burn" on the Mac.... but it has quite a few parameters you can mess with, and I tried to change a thing or two (for example the pregap from 2 seconds to 0) but that didn't change a thing.. and you end up spending 10 minutes burning a DVD only to have it behave the same way
Oddly, YouTube and google haven't turned up anything that has a step by step "How to" record a DVD to work the same as a store bought CD..
It's like there's a secret code and you have to be in a super secret special club to know the code... and clearly I'm not
