dead diamond tweeter
I have had my B&W 802Ds since they were introduced and never have grown tired of their sound. However over the years I have had to replace the diamond tweeter two times on the same speaker. Each time the diamond part of the tweeter has shattered. Well, now is the third time (it's almost like a built in consumable) any how The questions are the tweeters still available, if so what number must I call ( US or England) to order one and any idea how much they are going for now a days. Its been strange, it has always been the same speaker no matter what amp was driving it or the physical location of the speaker. I have been known to play them at a substantial volume  from time to time The first two times the dealer (no longer in business) replaced them so this is my first time.
