a true 3 way speaker will have 2 crossover points. this canton r1k seems to be using one of the 12" drivers as a mid bass and the other 12" driver as a woofer
the points listed theoretically has the tweeter playing from 2800 cycles and above, the 7" is playing midrange from 400 to 2800 cycles, one of the 12" is mid bass from 180 to 400 cycles and the other 12" is playing bass from 180 cycles and down
