+1 on the BGE. I have the extra large, and use it for everything. I cook on it 4-5 nights a week, year round.
I can't even bring myself to cooking with the old natural gas Weber. It is so inferior it's not even funny. I need to just clean it up and get rid if it on Craigslist. Since getting the BGE the Weber has never been uncovered again.
