Thanks. The zucchini didn't go quite how I was thinking, but it's good. Instead of a separate sauté I just cut it up and dropped it into the mix along with the ground beef, Jalfrezi sauce, cherry tomatoes and multi-colored carrots, adding a bit of salt and pepper. I also dropped in chili powder, cayenne, paprika, tumeric and cumin. Overall, the dish didn't have the body I was hoping for; perhaps it needed a bit of sugar or a little more heat.

I have to keep in mind that things don't taste the same lately, and as this was my first try with a meal like this, judgements may need "a grain of salt."
