I am fine having to pay 200$ to have a 5 years old product repaired, although I never have to repair
broken power cord before since I was into this audio things.

But They have to admit, the plastic was poor.

I would not abused 7000$ cord for sure. The the equipment surrounding it were even more expensive,
If I hit the connector to the amplifiers or speakers then the damage will be very scarly.
Always Hold it in hand with good care as always but then oops what black plastic was falling ??
