Simon.......Too late for after grilling photos. The shish kabobs, three of them split between Marlene and me, are already down the hatch. The other two were slid off the skewers and will be our dinner tomorrow night. I basted the shish kabobs with melted butter on the grill, rotating the scewers about every three minutes. The corn gets lightly charred in spots. I got them off the heat just as the sirloin reached medium rare. They were delicious.
