Hello and YES(!) Getting rid of the wall wart power supply and moving to a great LPS like the HDPlex is a night and day difference. Every aspect of playback improves, literally.
A bespoke umbilical from XL3 to XLR5 is needed with a specific pin mapping. I have Revelation Audio Labs Cryo Silver and Ghent Audio JSSG360. If you need the pin mappings, let me know. I highly recommend both umbilicals.
