I have ML CLS1s.
For years I thought about getting a sub, but hesitated believing the extra crossover circuitry and wiring would impede the purity, transparency, and resolution.
Finally (years ago), I bought a ML Depth sub. There was no loss of purity, transparency, and resolution. And the total system sound gained in terms of space, ambience, low-end extension, and smoothness.
