Ha! LOL! Perhaps so.
But its even more gratifying to know that there were folks open-minded enough to give their products a try and not be biased by things like the company name or, ironically enough, the price of the product. 
This is what makes a place like AA so special: we can share our experiences with our fellow members in the pursuit of more accurate and lifelike musical reproduction and those folks can know that we don't have an agenda driven by driving ad revenue, personal associations with manufacturers, spiffs, product placement, shoving new licensing schemes down the throats of customers, etc.
That gives these reviews credibility and as such, they provide a contribution to the society that is AA as a whole.
