The Denali 6000S/V2 has a built-in Shunyata QR/BB device, which the V16 does not. The QR/BB provides reservoir of charge for the power supplies of components during dynamic transients. As such, it provide an increased sense of dynamic slam and immediacy than a PD without one.

That being said, the Venom V16 is an absolutely terrific power distributor (PD) for the money, I could live with it as my PD forever and be a very happy camper. A buddy has one and he says it's made the most significant improvement in his system in the last 10 years. It's got the same NR specification as my $5000 Triton v1 from back in the day, for less than half the cost, and, most importantly, it sounds better! Also has better receptacles, too. The new outlets grab on to the PC plugs very tightly for the best possible connection. Also, there are two independently isolated zones, so you can use one bank of 8 for audio, and the other for home theatre.

And...and...it has the Shunyata ground-plane noise reduction system. You can connect a Shunyata CGC ground cable from a chassis ground connection your amp, pre, DAC, phono stage, streamer to this GP-NR ground terminal for a significant reduction in the noise floor of your system and for a notable increase in audio quality. If you've got a Shunyata PD and you're not using this significant feature/functionality.... you should be!

Absolutely killer PD for the money.
