After some delay - we are rolling full steam on our basement.
I should have the stone up in a few weeks—/-
I’ve been considering a fixed screen (120” diameter) for the projector.
The alternative is “roll” with the retractable screen.
Obviously the roll-up screen exposed my beautiful stone and the diffusion qualities when I’m listening to 2.4 channel music.
The question is, will having a 120” diameter fixed screen on the front wall, behind the main speakers have a negative impact on the sound?
I can’t wait to unleash my Aidas in the basement - and would love a fixed screen for the improved video experience... am not keen at any upgrade that would be at the expense of 2.4 channel listening.
