The only knock I have on it is that it isn't the Classic "piano black" look to it. That would be the ONE change I wish I could make on my HW-40, but personally I like the wood panels better than the looks of the HW-40 Black. Again, just me. I also like the fact the MSRP wasn't $22,000 when I bought mine
