Sounds like they recommend absorption if focus is what I'm looking for, but if I want to improve the sound of the entire room from multiple seating points, then some diffusion is in order. I will email them again and see if they recommend alpha products with bass corner traps as Dave mentions above.
Definitely Glenn recommends a few 242 on the ceiling. That's what I'm sorely missing.
