Masterlu, I'm in doubt between an E-480 and an E-800, my preference would be the E-800, but I live in Brazil, very common to have whole months with daily temperatures of 89F (32C) please, in your opinion, when in operation, what temperature does the E-800 reach?
I have Tannoy Westminster Royal HE, would you like to hear opinions from someone with E-800 playing Tannoy?

Accuphase is good match for Tannoy as the Accuphase dealer in Singapore is using it on their Tannoy speaker and Tannoy speaker is not a difficult speaker to drive so both amplifiers shouldn't be a problem.
Accuphase amplifier is warm and not hot so no worries.
As for E480 or E800, I think it's really boiled down to what type of music u listen to. Class A is more for vocal, jazz but I think if u are into rock or heavy metal kind of music, I would suggest the E480 which give the music more dynamic.
Just my humble opinion, but still better for u to listen for yourself.
