Hi James--Not hot. At least I don't think so. The amp was off for quite a while, and when I turned it on the lights never went to blue. ( I have blue LEDs.)
Also, orange LEDs are what indicate hot.
One thing: We have a LOT of static around here these days, and it got quite a zap just before I turned it on. Wonder if that could have blown the fuses?
