Just a quick, few minute video from National Geographic on Machu Picchu is enough to realize that there is much more going on than a civilization that did not have tools or even a wheel.
The whole mountain top in fact looks like it was razed and cleared by advanced technology.
You just won’t find topology like it anywhere near there.
