Sub integration with HT and 2 channel can be a real head-scratcher.
You should be able to run the subs on the speaker level inputs and an LFE low level input at the same time.
Do not connect the sub speaker (-) terminals to the MC 601 speaker (-) terminals. Leave them float or connect them to a ground screw on the MC 601.
The 601’s are balanced so the speaker (-) terminals are not at ground.
Other than that somewhat odd hookup scenario you should be good to go.
I find that my SF Amati Futura speakers do not need any bass reinforcement for 2- channel so the sub is only connected to the Pre/Pro and active when we watch movies.
