OP have you spoken to Outlaw about the problem? Perhaps you could send it back to them so they could evaluate the issue.
In another thread elsewhere I remember a gent who had a big Krell amp that had a hum that was driving him nuts. He sent the amp back to Krell 4 times before they finally resolved the issue.
Rather than spending the money on this, that and the other "fix" it might be better to have Outlaw's opinion on it.
