IMHO that room size should be fine particularly if it’s a typical room structure - I have the 800’s albeit in a bigger room but have heard the 802’s in rooms around the size you have. Room placement will be important and you will probably need to do some work once you have them set up to control the low frequencies but I think you will be fine - great speakers so good luck!
