Thanks for the quick response. Of course you are right and I have been curious about the Fozgometer. Mikey Fremer pans it. HiFi World seems to like it. I set up my Technics using an Oscilloscope, but it is a royal PITA to do that as the equipment is at the repair shop, which is 50 miles from my house. I also have a MintLP protractor for the Technics and hate to spend another hundred bucks on the VPI unless it is a keeper. I would like to get the Prime set up well enough to know that without spending hundreds of dollars to get it dialed in. That might not be possible. Frustrating. I believe the VPI is capable of more performance and am frustrated by the very sketchy setup arrangement.
