Having imprinted (literally, with splinters in my seven-year-old fanny at SF's Kezar Stadium) with the then-All America Conference 49ers in 1946 against the Miami Seahawks (not a typo), I'm hoping they can pull off a miracle with Mr. Irrelevant, his O-line, and Messrs. Kittle, Samuel, and Aiyuk--first by getting to the Super Bowl and then stripping the bark off the AFC champ with the defense they used to shut down Seattle (different Seahawks) in last Saturday's second half. A tall order. But on any given Sunday...yada, yada...
