Tough call on the MA8900 or PM10. Terrific choices and have happily owned both marques in the past. I would lean towards the looks of the MA8900 and the fact that it has an upgrade path for its current & future DAC modules.
The power output stage of the PM-10 is 4 class D amplifiers, if I understand correctly (2 bridged power supplies).

The pre-amp is a linear power supply and part of the "purely analog" marketing is to emphasize no noisy digital/dac circuitry, inside.
