Kevin, are you still running a sub? The principal difference seems to be bass extension: 40db in the Electa vs 35 in the Maxima. If you didn’t already have the Electa, the Maxima would be very nice, but I agree not enough difference to justify the upgrade cost when you already have a gorgeous speaker that only lacks a little bass extension, easily compensated for with a good sub.
