Default Bought a Subscription to HiFi News and Now it Doesn't Work

I recently purchased a digital subscription to Hi Fi News (complete with $$ coming out of my paypal and bank account). They sent several confirming emails and now I can't get logged in. They send one to something called "PocketMags" for some reason and when I try to log in there, they ask for my order number. Then, for about a week now, it has given me a message that says "Internal IT error. Please try again later".

I am not a luddite and don't appear to be doing anything wrong. I have emailed and emailed and emailed their support to no end, with nothing other than an automated "we'll get back to you" response.

If you're with HiFi News, the Order number is 93178. I regret having to turn to a public forum, but I wasted my money on this and they don't seem to give a rats a$$.

If you're not with HiFi News, I appreciate the opportunity to rant (and out them in public for awful customer service).
