I have my ups and downs with my system too but I don't have any significant changes planned other than trying some tubes in my system. I've learned not to become overly critical or "anal"ytical about my system nor do I worry about what could be because I have not forgotten how good it can sound.

It will take some intentional moves, to be sure. My schedule, as is, doesn't lend itself easily to sitting down and having a real listening session due to the short window between getting home and going to bed (even shorter if I make a trip to the gym). I've also been trying to watch my bedtime, even go to bed a bit earlier, which means my quiet time of at least 30 minutes before bed starts earlier. I also find lack of energy translates to lack of will. I think my best bet for quality time with the system may be weekends.
