I have a 100H and can attest to it’s good sound. Also, once I had a streamer with a Tidal subscription, that was the end of CD ripping for me. I see no reason to ever buy another CD. For the price of a CD per month you have access to a nearly infinite amount of music...including most of what you own. When I compared streaming to CD... not for extended periods of time, the CD and stream of the same album were indistinguishable to me. But this was a quick compare. I noticed we have very similar equipment.

Also the USB connection will be retimed by your DAC so will be inclined to take on the sound of your DAC. The other connection types keep the timing of the steamer. I like my DACs, so am pretty happy with USB connections. I know this is a bit simpleminded, but it fits my general observations.
