I sent them back for a return. I miss them already.
I may buy another pair and hope I get a good set.
They did offer to inspect it and repair it if necessary, but he also said it's normal so I'm at the mercy of the person inspecting my set to see if they think it's good enough. Meanwhile I'm stuck outside of the return policy and forced to keep crackling headphones.
