Ayre cares.
 
It was a surprise to get a phone call from one of the reps of Ayre to inquire how I am enjoying the gear. We talked at great length about what makes the topology of KX-R special, the C-5xeMP CDP and MXR amps. It was refreshing to get this kind of follow up from the company rep and to gain insight about the various technical aspects and philosophy of particular products. We also chatted about the DPS turntable that Ayre will be selling in their line up of great gear as well as synergy of various cables with their gear. :thumbsup: So far my experience with Ayre has been very positive and this phone call underlines the fact that Ayre is serious about customer satisfaction. :yes:

I think that's really well done on their part. Considering the price it's good to know they are interested in customers input and thoughts.
