I still use my Universal MX950. Still works flawless & has always been simple to explain how to use to friends, family, house sitters.

MX-5000 also looks like a beauty & basically does what the MX-6000 in a one-hand footprint. The 2-way device support with the likes of Denon AVP is very appealing. If it can mirror the Denon's internet radio selections via IP, then I'm in!
Would be interested in what other IP control over Wi-Fi is possible. eg. CCTV, CIF streaming. |

I used a MX-880 for years and loved how it worked. Had to be programmed by a trained and authorized tech, however, and the software was not available to the consumer.
The unit never failed me and was very flexible. No soft screen touch controls, though. I now run my system with Control4 software and an iPad. |
