Dac Attack

I'm in a quandary over which DAC to add to my system. I have at present the Bryston BDA-1. I've looked at the following.

1. Bryston BDA-3 and 3.14
2. Denafrips Terminator
3. Musetek Audio MH-DA005
4. Holo Audio Spring 3

Some of these are lightly used and some brand new, but I didn't want that to influence anybody. If anybody has present or previous experience with any of these, let me know what you thought. Thanks, Jack

The BDA-3N was an early version (hence the lower price) replaced with the current BDA-3

PS: you have a PM

Ivan, Just curious about the price of the Bryston BDA-3. I am considering streaming but just starting the research. It is very confusing to this old man....! PM or text me. You have my number.

I think the BDA-3 is a fantastic DAC so I'll add my vote for it. My understanding is that the difference between the BDA-3 and the BDA-3N is that the latter lacks the HDMI chips that Bryston could not obtain because of supply chain issues.

Get a Silenzo media server and feed it to the BDA-3….. you will never look back. You don’t need to be tech savvy like 0% as E will walk you step by step!
