N20 and McIntosh C2700

Hi all,
To test the McIntosh DAC (vs. PS Audio Mk1) I recently connect my Aurender N20 to C2700 via USB (Shunyata) and Optical (WW) cables, and experience issue with the left channel. There is no sound from the left channel. I check all other cables and they are fine. I have also the PS Audio MK1 which I connect the N20 via USB, and there is no issue with this combo.

Anyone experience the same issue, or know what could be the problem? Aurender is on Linux so not sure that is the problem.

Thanks.

Send me your N20 and I'll hook it up to my C2700. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

USB can be a finicky interface but a problem with Toslink is a little surprising.

Perhaps this may work if you have not tried it:

Disconneced your other DACS from the wall and your pre-amp.
Un-plug the 2700 for a minute or two, hook up the Aurender to the 2700 plug it all in and fire it all up.

Thanks John. I am not home but will try your suggestion this weekend.
