Never Expected This

After being told I was on the waiting list and hoping maybe for an April delivery date. I get a call this afternoon and was told that a shipment had come in and I was next on the list. Delivery will be Saturday and they'll take my old one away for nothing as they have a guy who strips them down for parts. Now I have to move things around to make room.

Congrats!!
With this early delivery did you go for the snow blade & chains?
My friend in West Chester loves the snow as he gets to "play" when it does. He was in FL the last one and his wife said be complained about missing the snow for 3 days. She told him he should fly home (which he did not). :D

I have a real nice snow blower so I skipped the plow and chains. I did spring for the mulch kit. Plus I had to order parts from Cyclone Rake to adapt it to the John Deere.

The John Deere is in the House....Or the Shed to be Precise.

The delivery guy was very good at explaining all the bells and whistles. This is not my old Craftsmen, that's for sure. First off I had to climb into the seat. With the Craftsmen it was just a vertical slide. These three pedals on the right side are going to take some time getting used to.

Sure is purdy. Looks nice.
Likely enough safety features/interlocks that you couldn't hurt yourself if you wanted to.

That's good Glenn. The older you get the more cautious you need to be.

You can reach the parts guy at their shop. Foulk Lawn, 302-475-3233 ask for Eric.
