Have a 50amp Sola constant voltage transformer available. Trying to decide if it is worth the space, time & effort to put in-line between the breaker and 10ga wire to the Cardas duplex outlet.

Do you monitor your line voltage with an AC volt meter? In my opinion don't worry if the AC line stays above 105 VAC. If it drops below 100-95 VAC I would use an AC regenerator, for example, PS Audio P20 or similar devices.

Yes. That's my thinking. I don't have a simple way to measure noise that the Sola may generate, so leaving it out of the line is likely the safer bet.
