Forgive me, maybe the argument is marginal but not for me. Unfortunately in the cellar the packaging of my Reference 3 has completely deteriorated. Is there a possibility to request a new one from the company? How should I go about requesting one?

Yup, ARC will send you a new box, no problem. It's probably easiest to ask your dealer to order one for you.
