Canton K3 owners chime in please

Had the pleasure of speaking with someone who is very familiar with the Canton line. Seems that the K3 is the sweet spot in the entire lineup...ie cost vs performance.

I understand they take awhile to get here from Germany. Not a problem here it gives me more time to save the funds....lol

My listening room is fairly large and setup as good as it will ever be. Im looking for a rock n roll speaker (Led Zep, ACDC, Stones, WHO etc etc etc)

For those that have Cantons- How are they to live with?
Given my music preferences....

I have the Canton K3’s that Ivan sold me a couple of years ago. They are the best Rock n Roll speaker for my money. They perform well above their price point; I replaced Aerial 7T’s with them. :guitar:

I am also a very happy K3 owner; I listened to all the speakers in this price range prior.

One trip to Ivan’s place is all it took for me. You will be extremely pleased with them.

Canton Ref and Mc are very nicely paired. Dennis also has the full front end with the center channel, too, on all-Mc, Silenzio, etc. It's bangin'.

Add me to the list of happy 3k owners. I traded my Wilson Audio Sabrinas straight up for mine and feel like I made out like a bandit. The 3ks compete in the range of speakers twice their price as far as how beautiful they sound. As far as your music preferences go, no problem. I have pushed 300 watts into them with 600 watt transients (McIntosh MC312), and the 3k's just laugh at me and say "is that all you got?"

Excellent. This is going to save me alotta speaker chasing....trial and error and time wasting.

So glad I reached out to this great group!
