Netflix does the same thing. I'm hesitant to even watch these because if I really like it I'll want to add it to my collection, and can't. :icon_thumbsdown:

One exception was The Irishman, which started as a Netflix exclusive. But, I guess they decided there was money to be made on this one due to demand. So, they eventually released it on Blu-Ray, and I promptly snatched up a copy.

I hear you; I’m lucky because even these are available on Kalediscape for purchase.
