I have both the iFi iDSD and the Pro iCAN amps as well as the CMA Master Master and I can attest to the fact that my LCD-XC and LCD-4 phones rock-on on the Pro iCAN and the CMA Twelve Master.

I wish I could get the sound of the LCD-4 in a close backed design but I am unable to at this point.

I am planning on purchasing LCD-X headphones as well. I would prefer to use them with my IPhone or MacBook using Spotify. Could someone recommend an inexpensive amp that would work well?
