Any suggestions?

Purchased a URC 880 from an authorized URC dealer four years ago'. When I bought the unit I also got the password used by the dealer to download the software so I could program the remote myself. Well four years later the password no longer works and the dealer is no longer in business . URC told me &%$@ you when I asked for a password so I could update the remote because of new additions. Any suggestions????? Hate to buy a new remote.

I guess I should have saved a copy of the 880 editing app somewhere else because when the lightening hit the computer ,,, everything went!.
It was a lot of fun programing the 880. I learned a lot. I would control everything with it plus I would change things around when I purchased a new component.
One thing I learned. URC is not customer friendly at all.

That's because they expect the dealers to take care of all the customer issues.
