Respighi Suite for Strings and Organ

Had this on Sirius in my car earlier today and thought it would really sound superb in my main listening room. Can anyone familiar with this work recommend a particularly exemplary recording of this composition?

Obviously it needs to be reasonably attainable, so not an out of print version from 50 years ago please.

Anyone...?

You might try the FLAC download.

Thanks Kal. I found a regular CD (used) version on discogs for $5. Same conductor and same label.

It seems the Pines and Fountains of Rome are everywhere, but this one was a tougher nut.

You are only missing out on the biggest music library in the world. :D

Tidal alone has 60,000,000 songs. If each song was only a minute long, it would take 124 years of non stop listening. :D

Yes, but as I understand it, the components necessary to stream from these large libraries can come at quite a cost and I'm on a budget these days. And I have another hobby/addiction that eats up cash.

2K will get you already very far Freddie!

(Not Darth either! :D)

You have a good DAC already, so a (very) decent streamer will get you there.
