Any Focal speakers powered by Parasound Halo amps owners here?

Just hoping to get a feel here of any Focal owners driving their
Focals with Parasound Halo amps ...

Am driving my Focal Aria 948s with Parasound JC5 Halo...
the beauty of this amp is the first 12 watts are Class A then
on up to 400 watts Class AB...the transition is so smooth as
to be imperceptible with my Aria 948s...

The Halo JC5 was the more affordable amp with a touch of Class A
with great power beyond that which I could attain. Really has
brought my system to a whole new level. The Halo JC5 is the distillation
of two Halo JC1+ onto 1 chassis

Imaging is highly holographic 3D images appearing out of "nowhere"
black background with a wall to wall and vertical to ceiling imaging.

Listening in the 50db with 85db peaks....yes with earplugs in place
and an American Recorder's sound level meter cranked up the pace to
about 105 or some what more dbs....(too much even with 35 db attenuation
ear plugs) sounded awesome...but had to stop as it is great keep neighbors
happy with me....

So for those of you with Parasound gear driving your Focals please
chime in will be great to read your impressions

Thanks everyone!!

Best wishes

I've had a JC5 since release. I drove Sopra 2's originally and more recently, Scala Evo's.

It works well. However, I sold my JC2. The combo of the high gain from the JC5 and high efficiency of the Scalas forces you to trim the "gain" (line voltage) or attenuate elsewhere to the detriment of the overall sound at lower volumes. My ARC LS28SE is far better.

JC1+ have the advantage of reduced (real) gain, 23 or 29. This should allow a better match for users of the JC2 premap and Focal speakers.
