Duplex outlet cover with cable connector support?

I am currently using a Sigma XC power cable to a CopperConn duplex outlet and the cable is not keeping a perpendicular contact with the outlet due to its weight. The upper portion of the connector is not flush with the outlet.

Can anyone recommend a duplex outlet cover with a cradle underneath it that can support the connector and keep it perpendicular to outlet?

Thanks!

You can also check out the following link. I haven't used the product, so can't give an opinion, but it looks like a great solution... Also, installing the outlet "upside down" so that the grounding sockets are above, rather than below, the flat "blades" helps prevent the plugs pulling out...

I just installed an outlet cover from Cable Support Plate. It holds a Shunyata Sigma
XC very well with zero sagging. John Bring makes a great product. Hope this helps.

Good idea from Cable Support Plate. I like that.

Funny thing that you mention Shunyata. Actually they already have the answer with the support cradle from the Everest. Now, they just need to fit that "8" shaped support to a duplex cover plate.. Voilà!

I do like the Cable Support plates but woah, they are 250X the cost of a basic plate. Can’t get my head around that.

Funny you say that as the original duplex outlet that I removed was upside down. It was very likely tied to a light switch where the top outlet operated via a switch. There is a ceiling fan and light in the ceiling now using that switch.

I ended up plugging my Macbook Pro's charger beneath the Sigma connector. It is the perfect support keeping the Sigma connector perpendicular to the outlet.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am good for now. ;)
