Duplex outlet cover with cable connector support?
I am currently using a Sigma XC power cable to a CopperConn duplex outlet and the cable is not keeping a perpendicular contact with the outlet due to its weight. The upper portion of the connector is not flush with the outlet.
Can anyone recommend a duplex outlet cover with a cradle underneath it that can support the connector and keep it perpendicular to outlet? Thanks! |

I just installed an outlet cover from Cable Support Plate. It holds a Shunyata Sigma
XC very well with zero sagging. John Bring makes a great product. Hope this helps. |

Funny thing that you mention Shunyata. Actually they already have the answer with the support cradle from the Everest. Now, they just need to fit that "8" shaped support to a duplex cover plate.. Voilà! |
I do like the Cable Support plates but woah, they are 250X the cost of a basic plate. Can’t get my head around that.

I ended up plugging my Macbook Pro's charger beneath the Sigma connector. It is the perfect support keeping the Sigma connector perpendicular to the outlet. Thanks for the suggestions. I am good for now. ;) |
