War Horse
 
Just went to War Horse this afternoon. If you love animals you'll like this one. A tear jerker for sure. :thumbsup:

I agree. The cinematography in some of the shots was pretty cool.

If you get a chance, try and see the play. The "horses" are amazing and you forget they aren't real.

Thanks Jim, i might do that. But I did tell my wife that I'm not going to any more movies with animals in the title, unless I wear a hoodie.:D What a great horse.

We saw this movie last night. It was awesome...:thumbsup: And yes it was a tear jerker for sure. Great job again by Steven Spielberg...

Excellent movie, grabs you by the heart strings ....... do not try to compare to Saving Private Ryan or any other like it, IMHO this is a movie movie.

No sure. :thought: A movie about dog food doesn't sound too interesting.

For those who might be interested, there were about 10million combatants, 10million civilians and 10million horses (including mules & other draft animals) killed in WW1.
