New York Strip
 
Cooking NY Strips in a Cast Iron skillet . Believe it or not I prefer it to grilling it. :yes::yes:

Doug.......I'm getting the feeling you are all by yourself on this one. If it's a steak at my home, it goes on the grill, medium rare, thank you very much. :)

Went to Bern's for my birthday! Awesome for sure and a Tampa landmark for many years.

I have to say, that's a delicious looking steak. YUMM.

In a pan, you do get to make a sauce with the fond.

I can't tell from the pic, is that rosemary in there?
